Don't rush the seal 48 hours, LOL
I use "511-Impregnator" how about you. It ain't cheap but it is water-proof and for 30 minutes the smell is high but goes away completely.

Nicely done. Are you putting back the floor tube heat. That is a great idea up there especially! Did it run Radiator water through it?

Our 5Cs has the humps. I put the couch over one behind driver like Ed was saying and built a 4" high platform on the passengers side with table in the middle and a air ride seat on both sides of it. I did the floors in wood laminate with 7 inch book shelves a long the wall that the table folds down on.
In the back the bed is fitted over them but 13 inches on each side show and just laid carpet over them. The back dip after the hump is a little storage area for extra junk and will be flat to the top of the hump if I ever get them in. about 30 inches x 1o-1/2 x 4".

Rich here is a link to figuring tank sizes, you just put in the measurements and it tells you the size.

I used to drive a Tundra and that is as close as I would get and it had a heater, LOL. We lived in Colorado Springs Colorado and that was cold enough for me thanks.
It will happen on the land but a lot longer than a year with what went on this year with us finance wise.

You are a contractor and know the life. Either a lot of money that has to be re-invested and no time or a lot of time and no money. Well we are in the later stages at present and I am trying to figure what I want to be when I grow up Lol!!
I know I want away from construction after 40 years, which is pretty much non-existent here in California anyway.
Am just relaxing after all we had to do to get in the bus and reading and applying for every thing I might be able to do.
Not to many are hiring, so might just have to get back into photo taking or painting Acrylics, used to do pottery but on a bus that one would be tough. So we will see.

Gary that was his name. Nice guy looked about 50- 55 maybe dark thick, wavy, brown hair, brown dark eyes, about 5-8/5-10. Told him your name when he said he was from Homer and he said the name sounded familiar. Said he new a couple of people up there with Buses.

Ed;
The wife used to live in Hood Washington, and work in the Blue Zone at "Mount Saint Helen's" after it blew up. She Went to college in Vancouver and worked for the VA there way back in the 80's.

Wish We still had the house, we had room for at least 4 buses there. Now just ours and even the streets on both sides of the property we are at have cars on them including our 2. Some day we will get some property and maybe have room again but don't really want a house again.

Thanks ED got it. Just a little hot on my side on the bed. We got little fan which work well at night also on the night stands I built in. When it gets above 80 degrees it get a little hot. open one side that slides or turn on the air in back or just the fans keeps it pretty cool. It would be great to be able to open both sides and get the cross breeze. Just figuring out all the things to do for this or that. Weird one like keeping the covers on the bed. They seem to want to drop to the floor each night, we wake up and have to pull them back up, don't know why. Bumping my head on the TV forgetting it is pulled out. Local channels going in and out until I just turn it off. But still glad we did it!!!

Ed,
So then the seals and glass come out and it fits inside the existing frame?

Brian,
Someone way back put in the sliders but never put one in the left rear other side and the front ones behind the tear drop and the second one one right side all slide and have sliding screens so they aren't an issue.

Thanks guys for the info.
