Just started our conversion.

We have no skills whatsoever!  :)

The walnut laminate floor has been removed as well as portions of the original plywood floor and ceiling.

In the demolition process. The following pictures are how we bought it.

Highway Yacht:
Looks like a nice platform to build a great conversion. I wish my bus's interior would have been in that same state of condition when I brought it home. The PO did remove the seats for me while I waited but I still had to do a complete demo on the interior. Thanks for the pics.

Nice clean bus.  Should be a great project.  Keep us posted as you go.
There is no substitute for pictures along the way.  You'll look back years latter and be encouraged by how far you've come.

That looks like a really clean bus to start with. The engine bay looks really good too. With a bus that clean, you know that the PO probably took real good care of it.
